  • The existent culture has low standards; you don’t get to a new, inspired level of rewarding work through using it as a model.

  • We are animals; evolved to instantaneously and continually size each other up in terms of safety and leadership.

  • People can be fantastic at what they do but will still stay at a plateau if their bodies are transmitting messages of low social power or of danger. And usually no one involved is even conscious of it. I noticed this through working intimately with 600+ people on their careers, from creatives to the Fortune 50 President-level execs.

  • Career momentum seems to be deeply impacted by a person’s capacity for warm reception and conscious penetration. After working with 20,000 in workshops and 400+ on entrepreneurial and elite-level executive masterminds, I noticed patterns in which individuals experienced the most synergy in their careers. Big shifts in chemistry and magnetism are possible when you thoughtfully amplify the masculine or feminine energetic qualities that already exist inside your body. You can do this in service to the highest good of all concerned. In a way that doesn’t come from manipulation, but that serves aliveness.

You can’t complain. Not really.
